Baylor University

About us

Established in 1845, Baylor is a private university located in Waco, Texas. It selects high-achieving studentsand has a reputation as a top-tier research institution. At Baylor, you can expect the same top quality resources as larger universities, with the family atmosphere of a small school.

Students can choose from a wide range of degree options. These include more than 140 majors in popular areas such as engineering, business and pre-health programs. You’ll be taught and supported by leading faculty in small average class sizes of 27, with a student to faculty ratio of 15:1.
